Aspen Meeting Notes, November 13 & 14, 1975.
On November 13, 1975 a meeting was held in Aspen, Colorado for representatives of various police agencies from Washington, California, Utah, and Colorado to discuss cases of great similarities regarding homicides of young females occurring in these states.
