The document is a transcript from a court proceeding where Dennis Rader pled guilty to ten counts of first-degree murder. He was charged with killing Joseph and Julie Otero, Josephine Otero, Joseph Otero Jr., Kathryn Bright, and Shirley Vian between 1974 and 1977 in Sedgwick County, Kansas.
Dr. Richard Charles Haefner remains the chief suspect in the 1969 murder of twenty-two-year-old Penn State graduate student, Betsy Aardsma.
