Betty Marie Cloer was a twenty-one-year-old beautician and mother from Eugene, Oregon, who was brutally murdered in northern California on June 18, 1971; her slaying went unsolved for over 30 years until it became the oldest cold case in the state to be successfully solved using DNA evidence.
